HangTimer is developed and operated by ForgeHowze.
HangTimer does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
All workout progress — completed days, start date, last-hang date, and your appearance preference — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
You can export your progress as a JSON file from the app's menu. The file contains only your local progress data and is shared through iOS's share sheet to whichever destination you choose (Files app, email, iCloud Drive, etc.). ForgeHowze never receives this file. Import only reads files you explicitly select.
If you enable the Daily Reminder, a local notification is scheduled on your device. No data is sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in the app or in your iPhone Settings.
HangTimer does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
HangTimer does not collect any data from users of any age.
